| HEG Falling Needles Retreat Camp Allen, September 30—October 4, 2013 Monday through Friday Do you hear one of your UFO’s calling to you for some undivided attention? Do you need a “take me away” break for a little rest surrounded by the Piney Woods? Just want to share laughs with friends? Join us for the HEG Falling Needles Retreat at Camp Allen Conference and Retreat Center, 18800 FM362, Navasota, TX 77686, www. campallen.org. Your fees include a single or double hotel room, 3 buffet meals per day and 24 hours/day beverages including coffee, tea, milk, juices, cocoa and water. Mealtimes are 8:00 am, noon and 6:00 pm. You will also receive a 2013 sterling silver charm. You MUST be a member of HEG to attend the Retreat. We welcome you to stay all 4 days, but if your schedule doesn’t allow it, stay as long as you can. We have only 15 rooms reserved this year, so be sure to get your deposit in quickly and pay attention to the payment deadline so you don’t lose your place. Check-in is 3:00pm on Monday, September 30 in the Conference Center where we will have our own Registration table. Our stitching room will be available beginning at 3:00pm. If you come early you can enjoy a walk along the trails or just visit in the lounge. Check-out is Friday, October 4 at noon. Our hotel rooms are just a short walk to the Conference Center along concrete walkways that can accommodate walkers and wheel chairs. We will have free WIFI in our room, but no TVs. In the Conference Center are the Dining Hall and our stitching room, which is a bright, sunlit room with one wall of full-length windows - absolutely perfect for stitching. Our stitching room will be open around the clock to accommodate the early birds and the night owls. With a TV Lounge, business center, tennis courts, exercise facility and lovely nature trails you will always have something to do. There are worship opportunities at All Saints Chapel each day at 7: 30am and 5:00pm and Sunday at 9:00am and quiet places to sit in the sunshine and enjoy the outdoors. We cannot bring our own snacks or drinks into our stitching room. However we may bring snacks and beverages, including wine and spirits, for our own use in our hotel rooms.
