Sampler Sisters

If you are interested in learning about Samplers, this is the group for you.  
They meet on the first Tuesday of each month at the Tracy Gee Center.
Programs are conducted by members on different aspects of the history of
Samplers in The United States as well as other parts of the world.  Peg Taylor
is the facilitator for this group.

At the joint meeting of two Special Interest groups, Crazy Quilting and Beading
Buddies, it was decided to combine the two groups.  The new group, CSI (Creative
Stitching Interest): Quilts and Beads, will meet the 3rd Tuesday of the month at Tracy
Gee and the first meeting will be January 15, 2008.  Both beaders and quilters of every
kind are welcome.  If you are interested in learning something new, we will feature 2 –
4 specific projects or techniques during the year.  BYOP (Bring Your Own Project) and
visit and stitch with friends.  Tracy Gee is a wonderful place to bring your sewing
machine and quilt or piece.  The lighting is great for beaders and quilters!  This group,
as are all special interest groups or stitch-ins, is open to all HEG members.  Crazy
Quilters and Beading Buddies have cancelled all meetings for the rest of 2007.  Come
join us in January 2008!!
